Payments for in‑office dental services are non‑refundable once the appointment is completed or clinical review has begun.
Mail‑order denture kits, night guard kits, partial denture kits, impression kits, and any
shipped products are non‑refundable once shipped.
If your kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Appointments may be rescheduled, but payments are not refundable once booked.
If impressions are unusable, a replacement kit may be purchased at a discounted rate.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with Stripe using clinical documentation, order records, and communication logs.
